TARGET AUDIENCE: This program is open to those physicians who are already practicing the diagnosis and treatment of allergy and sensitivity disorders as well as those preparing themselves to add the diagnosis and treatment of allergy and sensitivity disorders to their practice. It is essential training for allied health-care professionals.
CONTENT, METHODS, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
P.A.A.S. Training Course: Application of basic and advanced principles of
immunology, virology, and skin titration. The
calculation, progression and administration of immunotherapeutic doses, based on the
results of testing will be taught through "hands-on" instruction. Diagnostic
methods for inhalants, ingestants and contact sensitivities and treatment
modalities will be explored through lectures, slide and video tape presentations
and open discussion panels.
P.A.A.S. Seminar: Update on advances in research of immunological problems in the practice of allergy. Guest and member physicians will instruct through lectures, slides, video tapes and open discussion panels.
ATTENTION: On Saturday, March 14, the morning session of this year's seminar will feature "Diagnosis & Treatment of Allergy Using Sublingual Treatment". Sublingual Treatment is very popular subject and seating is limited.
